CNXIT channel breakout looking for levels of 9170. We have
seen 800 pts range breakout in Infosys also. As Indicators are in extremely
overbought conditions, we may witness minor corrections which should be used as
buying opportunities.

This has been the one of outperforming sector. Has taken
support at 6450 levels. RSI is sustaining comfortably above 50 levels. We may see the outperformance to continue.

Weekly Chart
It has been one of the culprits in recent fall in the nifty
index. Has taken support at 15500 levels. We have pending downside target of
14600 odd levels.
CNXAUTO Weekly Chart
Till now this sector has witnessed outperformance. We had
seen failed breakdown a week before. Indicators are also not showing a rosy
picture. If the price moves below lower trendline will look for the fresh
shorting opportunities in this sector.
